Tis the season to be jolly...very jolly

We love a good cocktail but too much of the the sugary juices make it a little sickly and can also have an adverse effect on the the old waistline - we say ditch the sugary juices and make kombucha your mixer instead! Try these delicious Christmas inspired kombucha cocktails at any or all of your Christmas/New Year celebrations.


ROSY GIN BOOCH COCKTAIL


Ingredients:

60ml of gin (we use South Coast Distillery) 30ml of Campari Squeeze of fresh lemon juice ½ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger 130ml Rose kombucha by Kombucha Me - chilled Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions:

Add all ingredients into shaker filled with ice and shake thoroughly. Pour into highball glass filled with ice. Add a squeeze of lemon and the lemon wedge when serving.



GINGER NINJA COCKTAIL


Ingredients:

60ml of vodka (we use South Coast Distillery) Squeeze of fresh lemon juice 130ml Ginger Lime kombucha by Kombucha Me - chilled Fresh mint

crushed ice


Instructions:

In a highball glass filled with crushed ice, add the vodka and kombucha. Tear a couple of the mint leaves and place them in the glass, add a squeeze of lemon and stir gently until all ingredients are combined.



POMEGRANATE BOOCH SMASH

Ingredients:

130 ml Ginger Lime kombucha by Kombucha Me

60ml bourbon whiskey

1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds

4 mint sprigs


Instructions:

In the bottom of a highball glass, smash the pom seeds and mint leaves. Add ice and bourbon and top with the kombucha. Take a spoon and give everything a good turn in the glass.
